Have inspected a home that has a standing seam metal roof over the front porch. The slope on the roof is @1/2"-1"/12". I have tried to find specs on the manufacturer sites you have listed on your site and seem to find that 3/12 is pretty consistent for this type roofing. The roof is not visible from outside. It is only visible from window on the stairway to the second floor and it may be leaking....ice damming. Based on experience, I would prefer to see a single membrane on this as cosmetics really aren't an issue. What say you?

It is possible that the seams have sealant in them to help keep water out at the low pitch but generally speaking I would say this is too low of pitch for this style of metal roof

Thanks for the feedback. That was my impression as well and the roofer may have put a suitable backup system under it, but an awful expensive detail when virtually no one can see it.......... The owner got a block of ice sitting on this thing and probably had several inches of water sitting on it........ What was the builder/roofer thinking??? You have to wonder..........
