I have a standing seam metal roof on a new house. What should be the spacing of the gutter attachment to the fascia to keep snow and ice sliding from removing the gutters?

the spacing should be what the snow gaurd company suggest. Its not the gutter that stops the snow and ice its the SNOW GAURDS!

I agree with dlc but also wnat to add that I suggest 6" gutters, minimum .032" aluminum, fastened with internal brackets into every rafter tail. Todd Miller
