I wish it was that simple. First we are an association so we don't talk about pricing and warranties.
There are a wide variety of styles, thicknesses and finishes out there that effect the labour and material cost of the installation. Next there are roof access, slope and building code requirements that will further impact the cost of the roof.
First it sounds like your existing roof has failed and you should look at why it failed and try to correct that with your next roof. As your are considering a metal roof you are making a permanant investment in your home and you need to take your time and choose aroof system that appeals to you and meets your needs and then assess the cost.
