Are all metal roofs white on the underside? I wanted to put metal over a nice timber-framed garden shed, but I would not like to look at white from inside the building, while enjoying nice red on the outside.

You can get metal that has a different paint than white on the bottom. The only way we have ever gotten it that way is through a special order and it costs!

Many companies do use white or off white backers and some use clear or tinted backers. As Wade said, something different will cost. The reflectivity of the white inside might be good though.
