My wife and I bought a house in St Croix USVI. The current roof is galvanized metal unpainted. In summer the house is very hot as a result of the sun hitting the roof and the sides of the house. We are considering spending about $3000 to paint the roof with Kool Seal Premium white paint.
My question is do you think this is a wise and reasonable investment and will it produce any noticeable effects?
