Metal Roof Don'ts

Could you provide a general list of applications where a metal roof is not a good choice. I am specifically interested in townhouse applications. I am nost sure if a metal roof in between flat, (slightly sloped) paper-covered roofs is a good idea. Thank you!

Transitions from one type of roofing to another must always be watched. Also, all manufactured metal roofs will have a minimum pitch at which they should not be used below. That is very important. Todd Miller
