Does anyone know if it's possible to install a metal roof around skylights? If so, how does one do it or where can I go to find this information? Thanks!!!

You can do it. You just have to figure out your flashing detail and make it. I assume you are doing this yourself?

The manufacturer of your roofing should have installation instructions. They are always going to call for the skylight to be up on a curb.
