I have a 7 year old "Barnmaster" corrigated metal roof. Some of the seams have begun to seperate and lift apart. They have begun to leak. I have caulked the roof screws but it is no longer working. What is the best and most cost effective way to fix this problem. Any help before the spring storms would be very helpful. Thanks Ken

If the screws are stripped out, I would replace them with larger diameter screws. You don't say what the panels are attached to. Is it wood purlins? Can you upload a picture or two?
