PLEASE, someone tell me..what price should I expect to pay for a 26 ga. Galvalume AP panelroof installed over a wood deck (wood already installed) with a titanium UDL underlayment & flashing 7 vents?? The bid I got was $850 a square!!...for 31 squares..

There are many variables which affect pricing. Also, as an association made up of competing companies, we really cannot address price due to anti-trust laws.
However, we would always encourage consumers to get multiple quotes if you wish, make sure you're comparing apples to apples, and check references of any contractor you consider. Also make sure they are properly licensed and insured.
