We have a green metal roof which was installed new when our house was built about 10 years ago. Our paint is flaking off down to exposed metal. This is occuring at all spots on the roof except those shaded from the sun. There is a bit of a pattern in the way the paint is flaking off suggesting some type of manufacturing problem. We are thinking that the roof coating is still under warrenty. But our problem is that we did not get any paper work with the roof and the installer is not sure of the brand.
