I have modern house with a 1:12 pitch roof. The roof is a commercial grade torch down that does not leak. I have noticed after a come rain that there is some areas in which water pools less and a 1/8 inch by 3 feet in diameter. 99.99% of the water drains out but because the slope isn't perfect, there is some left over water. It evaporates in a day.
Should this be something I should be concerned about? My home warranty is about to expire and if there will be any problems down the road, I want to address them now versus later.
