I am a commercial roofer who is wondering if they make something to make it easier to stand on the panels while trimming it out? I've heard someone say that they sell something to slip over your shoes that have tiny suction cups. I was wondering if this is true and if not is there any thing that you know of and also where I could buy it? Thank you very much!

James, I am a commercial roofer also. The best product we have found to stay on a roof after 35 years is the rubber mat material like what is in the bottom of a mechanics tool box. It is black and you can buy it in 100 foot rolls about 20" wide. Lowe's has it in smaller rolls by where they keep the automotive tools. It works good up until about a 9 or 10 pitch, also helps keep you from scratching metal. We cut the rolls in about 15 foot lengths. It works if the surface is somewhat dirty but if it's wet, don't mess with it. Good Luck Wade
