I have a solar heating system for my pool over my roof. If I decide to have a metal roof installed, can this heating system be reintalled over the metal roof or do I have to consider other place to install it?

Most metal roof systems can have these panels attached to them in one fashion or another. For some standing seam systems, you can use brackets which, with set screws, attach to the raised seams. For other systems, through fasteners would be used. Of course, with any roof system, penetrations do pose some risk but, with proper installation techniques, it could be done successfully. I would suggest choosing a metal roof you like and then consulting with the manufacturer on this issue.
