I live in a deed-restricted community in Nokomis FL,and I would like to have a metal roof. The board has ask me to find several roofing companies and ask them to determine if a metal roof product such as Metro or any other coated metal roofing material meets any of the following descriptions or are similar to the following descriptions as taken from the deed restrictions.
“All roofs on dwellings shall be constructed of cement tile, baked clay pottery, shaped stone or masonry construction.”
