Types of Metal Roofing - What about Five V?

Mr. Miller, We are building a 14 x 22 carport with an A frame roof (a sample pic is attached). I'm researching roofing options, to better understanding how to get *the look* of the standing seam tin. 3D shingle was recommended as a lower cost option (about $2k cheaper to install), but it's a less desirable look. A material called "five V" roofing has been suggested as an affordable alternative. What factors should I consider in using this? What types of metal are even available nowadays? I hear tin is not manufactured.
