After the underlayment material is applied should the house be waterproof? I'm still having a couple leaks in the roof even though all of the underlayment material has been in place for over a month. The contractor says this should be resolved after the Galvalume is installed. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Mike

It is certainly possible if the underlayment is not well sealed to penetrations that you would have leaks until the flashing is in place. But there could also be problems with the way the underlayment was installed. Todd Miller
