I asked about painting a tin roof before and you gave me good advice, thank you. I have sinced learned that the roof was painted with an aluminized paint and if I use it again I just have to paint over it.. My question is can I color aluminized paint, I would like to do the roof in an antique red. Thanks you in advance for your time.
P.S I know its not cooler but this is a free standing garage and it does not matter

I would say that there probably are tints available which would alter the color a little bit. However, this really is a question of paint chemistry more than anything so I suggest contacting a quality paint store and asking them this question.
