I am installing a 26 gauge metal roof over my exsisting roof i have put 1x4 purlins down and also used a roof wrap. I am screwing the screws down look i have seem on the website with the rubber flush with the washer but at every screw point it dimples the metal. i have a clutched drill is it possible i am making the screws to tight. Also if so can i reuse the screws that i have down already. Any help would be great. Thanks.

John, I would strongly encourage you to contact the manufacturer of your roofing right away and pose this question to them. Todd Miller
