i have a metal roof with very little picth it was put on my addition on the back of my house trailer so the metal was put over the shingels on the exsiting trailer roof but not all the way to the peak because of the vents on the trailer roof then there is flashing the metal goes under the flashing then down over the tar paper ond OSB on the new part it was screwed down in the flats of the metal. my problem is this i have water running down the inside of my outside wall when the snow starts to melt and in the windows how do i fix this?

It sounds to me like the metal roofing has been used on a lower pitch than it should have been. Have you contacted the manufacturer? Todd Miller

Send me pictures if you wish -- [email protected] I would still contact the roofing manufacturer though. The problem may very well be somewhere up at the top of the panels. Also, for a 2:12 pitch there maybe should have been sealant in the panel laps. Again, the manufacturer should be consulted. Todd Miller
