I saw a home in one of the neighborhoods that I am building in and spoke with the homeowner and he has been in the home for three years and the copper areas on his home has not tarnished and I would like to know what it is and where I can find this product. Thank you for your time and attention.

Could be that he bought copper coloured painted steel. Second is they do make a laquer coated copper so that it retains the new look or they copuld have post coated the copper with laquer to prevent it from oxidizing.
