Where do I find an independent real metal roof inspectors in my area to inspect a roof that I just had installed. It is a standing seam where I do not see the nails.

I would avoid just calling another roofing contractor. I hate to say it but contractors can be a bit notorious for not liking each other's work.
I would suggest:
A) Contacting the metal roofing manufacturer and requesting input / inspection by them.
B) Checking with Roofing Consultants Institute to see if they have any members in your area who have metal roofing expertise.
Also, come January or February, I could probably be bribed into visiting Florida. ;-)
