Please let me where to fing the table for wind load rating of roofs is the state of florida in conjuction with the wind zone maps. I am in 140mph wind zone, and I want to know what wind load rating my standing seam roof must have. How are roofs rated as far as wind load? Are standing seam roofs rated by PSF? What does a this mean? thanks

The loads are in section 1609 of the FBC. If you are in a 140 MPH zone, you must then determine the exposure A, B, C, D. The tables are based on B exposure which is Urban and the othere exposures take a factor agaist the table.
Then you must determine the roof slope as the wind loads decrease as the slope increases. Then roof height and ratio of building height to width as the higher the building the higher the wind load.
Last is they have now established wind zones on the roof itself 1, 2, 3 I believe with a 3 being a corner condition which has the highest wind uplift.
Good luck.
