I signed a contract for a (Standing Seam 16" Metal Roof). Proposal based on 26 + 10 sq. ft. area for the sum of $25,450.00. Can you tell me exactly what I should be ask the roofer breakdown his charges and outlining of the type of mateials, cost of labor, etc. Also, how can one determine the cost of replacing fascia on a roof this size. I understand this is not included in the price of the roof. I am thinking about obtaining the services of an metal roof expert that can speak to and inspect the work being done to ensure that I am getting exactly what I am paying for. Can you recommend someone and how much would this type of overseeing cost me. D. Dean e-mail: [email protected]

I hope you chose a product and a contractor wisely by asking for referances and checking them out before you signed the contract. If so you should have limited worries. You could call the manufacturer and get their recommendation. As to proicing, as an association we do not discuss this.
