Always check and see what the roofing manufacturer approves as a substrate.
However, that said, I believe most companies have tested their products on plywood but will tell you OSB is okay.
Due to possible moisture and condensation issues in a cabin, I would tend toward plywood and, of urse, an appropriate underlaymeenton top of that.
Good attic ventilation is a good idea.
