I have a 19 year old log home with a very steep roof. House has large stone chimney, with many ridges and valleys. We have had two shingle roofs ( both have leaked). The roof is about 50 squares. Roofers say with the very steep pitch we should never have a leak but we do. What would be the best metal roof ( standing seem, tile slate, coated, painted hiden fastner) there is so many we are lost. T^he house is in Missouri cold winters, hot summers, many thunder storms with hail. Can you help. Thank You

There probably is no single "best" product for your home. Part of the beauty of metal roofing is just that -- it's beauty and the product choices. There is nothing about your roof that would keep any quality metal product from working. It's largely a matter of which product you best like the looks of. Todd Miller
