I live in a row home. I believe I have a flat roof, will that be too much weight for my house. What do they do to give me a metal roof?

There are metal roofs which can be used on very very low slope roofs which may not require anything special. Some metal roofs would require trusses to increase the pitch though. You will need to get an experienced commercial metal roofing contractor and perhaps a structural engineer involved for analysis. Todd Miller
