Hello Experts- Looking for info from roofing folks on what the possible problems could be for roofing materials,(decking, shingles or metal coverings)if the attic is sealed with foam insulation applied directly on the underside of the roof decking and the vents are sealed also as the foam insulation providers recommend be done. How would that effect a metal clad roof any differently than an uninsulated roof? Thank you.

As long as the insulation job is well-done, so that moisture cannot get through it, this should have no negative repercussions.
