I had a standing seam metal roof installed, and noticed what appears to be some type of adhesive or cement on my decks afterwards. Could this have been caused by some type of adhesive used in the installation process?

There will typically be some sealants used so, to answer your question, "could" that be what you're seeing? Sure. Todd Miller
