Warranties and Steep Roof Cleaning?? | Ask The Experts Forum

Guest User 4/12/2006	HELLO HOW LONG DO THE NORMAL WARRANTIES LAST & HOW EXTENSIVE ARE THEY ON METAL ROOF COVERS FOR DWELLINGS? ALSO, I HAVE HEARD THAT THERE IS SOME MAINTANCE. NEEDED, SUCH AS, CLEANING? IS THIS TRUE? I DON'T THINK I WOULD WANT TO HAVE TO GET UP THERE ON A STEEPER ROOF & HAVE TO CLEAN IT, ESPECIALLY AFTER SPENDING ALL THAT MONEY ON A METAL ROOF... You will find though that there are different types of coatings available and inherent to that will be different qualities and warranties.
