I am considering a double lock standing seam copper roof on about a 10' radiused barrel vault roof. Do I need to use soft copper or will 1/8 hard work? Do the panels need to be pre-radiused before installation? I would like to make the pans myself on a 10' brake but I may use a pan forming machine. What can you tell me? Thanks.

I am sorry but this is way outside my area of expertise. Perhaps someone else visiting this forum will have some answers. However, I would also suggest that you direct your questions also to the Copper Development Association -- www.copper.org. Todd Miller
