Most products are rigid or textured enough that they will not. By all means, though, inquire with the roofing manufacturer for their opinion.

STANDING SEAM 24 GA STEEL IF DECKING NOT EVEN UNEVEN NESS OF SHINGLES WILL CAUSE RIPPLE EFFECT????

If the decking is uneven, meaning that uneven pressures are exerted on the panels when they are installed, yes, it can force ripples into the panels.
