We had our roof replaced on our modular about 6 years ago..after we added about 1/3 onto our 50 X 35 home..we've always had leaks because of the sligh pitch these homes have..I'd like to go the metal roof route..and I'm even concidering putting the entire house under one roof..to insure no leaks. What are my options and what am I looking at expense wise?

We can not comment on price but certainly there are some metal rrofing systems that perform well at lower slopes. I would select a product in your price range and contact the manufacturer to get their recommendations on instalation.
