Our firm is designing a potable reservoir concrete structure which will be covered by an aluminum roof. We want the roof panels to be preformed on site and be constructed as a standing seam system with concealed fasteners. The roof deck supports will be galvanized structure steel purlins and girders. The roof is 169' square. We need span data for 0.040" and 0.050" thick material with a prefinished standing ribs at 2.75" high at 16 inch on center. Does anyone have some vendors and or websites?

You are looking for a commercial SS type product but few are site rool formed in that profile. This is a residential roofing site and I would recommend going to the Metal Construction Association site which has a commercial roofing module. You will want to choose a company located reasonably clos to the project. Many of the pre-engineered building companies sell cladding components. I would try Centria, American Building Components as a start. Also look to the Metal Construction News (Modern Trade Publications) as they mail to this industry and have a product directory.
