Hi, I am in the middle of negotiating to buy a 100 unit apartment building in MD but the flat roof has many spots of air bubbles and the paraput wall also leaks at some places. Roof seems to be about 10 + years old. What are my best options to handle this? replacing the roof/Or should I get someone to come and patch the roof? The size of the roof is about 80,000 sft.
