My soon and I are in the process of building a 40 x 60 metal building 16 ft high. We started on the roof last weekend and after installing about half of the roof we noticed our ridgecaps were leading off. We are about 4 inches off center, we have been measuring from our roof panels to the end of the building to try and keep the roof panels straight. Can you tell us what went wrong and how to correct it and keep it straight ? Roof panels have about a 2 foot gap in the middle that you cover with ridgecap. Thanks Gary

I am not sure exactly what type of panel you're installing. Are you certain that the building is square? Do you have photos that you can email to me at [email protected] Todd Miller
