I live in connecticut and I'm totally frustrated with the prices on metal roof istallers want to charge. I have a new construction house with a 2/1 pitch. Approx 35 square will cover this house. The best architectural shingle is 120.00 a square with 50 year warranty. I've had prices for simple standing seam painted surface of up to $30,000!!! I'm now checking Vermont to see if they have any reasonable roofers. Any leads to help me would be appriciated! Thanks
