I am reconstructing a barn on my place from my parents farm. It has a lamenant arch frame and will be 50ft long x 28 ft wide and 22ft tall when re-erected. I want to find a panel roofing system similiar to the vertical panel, but that will be installed horizontally due to the constantly changing pitch.

Several of the members of the Metal Roofing Alliance produce horizontal panels which would likely work on your barn. Have you used this site to link to them? Most of them are shake, shingle, and tile profiles.
I only know of one "continuous" sort of horizontal roof that is what's called "bermuda style" and it is made by Taylor Metal Products in Oregon (not a member of the MRA by thw way).
