What is the easiest way to install roofing. How far apart should screws be. can holes be pre-drilled. do you need to seal it.

The building codes have specific requirements for each area such as resistance to fire and wind and so you should check with the building official, the manufacturer of the product or ask to see the product approval report which will state how it is to be installed. Watch if you are buying generic utility grade metal panels as some may only be for siding and not roofing.
