I would like to have a curved roof with an open arc (curved only in one direction, not a dome). The roof would be ~3:12 slope on one side and 2:12 on the other. The radius at the apex would be ~20 ft. I'd like to use vertical panel with some width between the ribs. Does this require special bending in the factory? Looking for a Canadian source (west Can. is better). Thanks.

Most of our member manufacturers who produce vertical panels can produce curved panels of some sort. Yes, it requires special equipment as well as quite a bit of custom work.
Our only Canadian-based member manufacturer of vertical panels is Ideal Roofing.
However, our US member manufacturers all ship into Canada as well.
