What is the proper detail to repair a removed roof curb in a standing seam metal roof panel? Rivet a patch of panel over top w/ sealant?

Shy of removing and re-installing whatever section of the roof you'd have to remove and re-install to get to this area, yes, that is about it. Depending upon the panel length, perhaps, they could have "re-lined" the entire panel rather than just the affacted area. Todd Miller
