We have a modular home on our own property in Gull Aire Village, Oldsmar Florida. It was placed on our lot in Nov.1999. We are experiencing a lead in the skylight in the master bath and the roof looks wavey on one side of the roof. My question is can a metal roof be placed on our modular. The last hurricane season did not do any damage to our home so I would like to add to its quality if possible.

Most of the residential metal roofing products on this website require at least a 3:12 roof pitch. I am not certain but I suspect your home has at least that. The low weight of metal makes it ideal for going over existing shingles. Right off hand, I do not foresee any issues with choosing a product to be installed on your roof. Todd Miller
