I'm looking for ideas on how to permanently repair screw fasteners that are pulling out and causing leaking. My best guess is they are being loosened from the force of snow sliding off roof. It's got a 6/12 pitch with an oveall length of more than thirty feet, so the force generated could be considerable, especially if ice forms and attaches to screws. They are currently fastened in the flat part of the panel.

I would think that the contractor used improper screws lengths, gage, quantity or they could have been over tightened or not fastened into a proper sunstrate. I would contact the manufacturer and get their recommendations. You should be able to replace the screws with larger diameter ones of the proper length if this is the case.
