There are "portable" rollformers available for this. They do require a pretty skilled and conscientious operator and, of course, you have to have connections with a quality metal supplier. I believe that, of the MRA members, Englert is the one company we have that sells such machines. They would be a great place to start with this venture.

ADDITION TO THE ABOVE! Custom-Bilt Metals also sells machines and I think that Petersen Aluminum might, too, but I am not sure on that one.

I not saying don't do this, but you really need to make a good assesment of the costs/benefits of doing your own roofing. Many of the roofing manufacturers (and you have a few near you in PA) will be able to manufacture roofing to higher standards of quality than you may be able to do (oiil canning is a particular problem that can occur) Additionally, the roofing manufacturers will usually be able to take advantage of their higher steel buying power to obtain a high quality product at the same or less than you will probably be able to purchase the metal (bare or coated) Add to this your liability issues of operating the equipment, etc. There is much more to manufacturing metal roofing than putting a coil on a portable line.
