At this point, there is probably virtually anything to be concerned about. As a metal roofing manufacturer, I always suggest finding an experienced contractor. In your case, had the roof been mis-installed, problems would in all likelihood have been apparent quite some time ago. There are metal roofs suitable for low pitches. Please contact any metal roofing manufacturer or check with local contractors who specialize in metal roofing or mobile home remodeling.
