We have a chalet style cabin that is in the process of being sold. We had a metal roof installed 8 yrs ago. A recent inspection indicated that we have no ridge vent or other ventilation. There is no indication of any leaking or mold. We are told that the only way to discover is there is a moisture problem is to remove the whole roof which would have to be replaced--we would appreciate your thoughts on this question.
