How big is the difference between 26ga and 29ga? Does it effect the longevity and warranty of the metal roofing? Is 29ga more expensive? Thank you. Karen

It is against our antitrust guidelines to discuss pricing. However, 26 gauge is actually thicker metal than 29 gauge. Generally, the heavier the metal, the more costly the product. Warranties will be granted by individual manufacturers and could vary. Product performance and price also depend a lot upon product design, coating type, and other issues.
