Which is the overall better system - one which uses a 'clip' system (where the panels are attached to clips) or one where the panels are screwed directly into the roof?

Tim, The Metal Roofing Alliance believes in all metal roofing. However, I think that if you posed this question to companies which manufacture both types of products, they will tell you that systems which have allowance for expansion and contraction (installed on clips typically) and systems with concealed fasteners are the more durable systems.
