I am building a 4,000 sq. ft. home with an 8/12 pitch. I have decided to use metal verticle panel roofing. Quality is my primary concern. What do I need to look for in a premium verticle panel? I have the following concerns:
1. The type of seam and method of securing the panel down.
2. The gage and type of metal.
3. The type of paint and process used to apply it.
4. What base to put down under the metal roof.
5. Best installation methods.
I would appreciate your advice since you are not selling a particular product. Thank you in advance.
