What exactly is comprised in a 50-yr warranty? Is is simply a manufacturer's product warranty? Or does it include the installation and performance of the roof system as well. Does it mean that the paint film is warranted for 50-yrs? Or that the roof product will serve its purpose (not leak) for the 50-yr period. Is maintenance required within the 50-yr period? I would appreciate clarification.
