This happens pretty regularly. I have never known of it to lead to problems. Things seem to dry out just fine. Thanks for choosing metal!
I'm in the middle of putting down new AG panels over Titanium UDL30. Got caught in a hard rain before I had a chance to tarp everything. Rain is running under the metal. The UDL has the house dried in but obviously water is trapped between the metal and UDL.
My wife says to remove the panels and let it dry. The UDL has all the little dots probably mostly for traction and then also the string fibers are slightly raised. The panels have the large and small ridges. So I tend to think it would eventually dry out.
Thoughts?
Thanks.
Thanks. That's what I figured. Otherwise a roof would never get installed.
I quit using shingles 20 years ago after replacing expensive 30 yr architecturals every 10-15yrs.
The roof I'm replacing was an old tin roof at least 40yrs old.
